    • The Disaster Response Collaborative (DRC) builds on the infrastructure formed during the DNC and supports children’s hospitals to improve their disaster preparedness plans and be able to respond effectively to various disasters. The collaborative focuses on 4 topics: Evacuation, Pediatric Surge Capacity, Pediatric Patient Tracking and Family Reunification, and Triage, Infection Control, and Decontamination.       • Describe the importance of education & training in improving knowledge, skills, relationships, and job satisfaction specific to pediatric disaster preparedness in a children's hospital
      • Understand the DNC participants' experiences in education
      • Learn about various educational offerings and resources and how to access or plan for them
      • Recognize how the TEEX pediatrics course can be valuable for various types of professionals and in preparing for an MCl or other disaster
