The scenarios emphasize how pediatric patients have unique vulnerabilities in emergencies, requiring specialized approaches to triage, treatment, and communication.  

          In this problem-based learning exercise, available in both English and Spanish, you will learn how to:

          • Recognize the features and understand the approach to pediatric trauma patients 

          • Manage traumatic injuries in mass casualty events
