Defining Roles and Responsibilities

Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each child-focused group member to ensure a coordinated effort centered on children’s needs. Assign team leaders or coordinators to oversee the reunification process, support accountability, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

  • Assess the needs of children and families.
  • Develop child-centered protocols and procedures.
  • Provide specialized training and resources.
  • Coordinate activities and information sharing among all agencies involved in reunification planning.
