Constructive feedback is encouraged and helps strengthen the learning experience. When providing feedback:

  • Focus on the work, idea, or process -- not the person.
  • Avoid belittling others for mistakes or gaps in understanding.
  • Consider giving potentially sensitive feedback privately.
  • If someone does not respond well to feedback, discontinue the interaction rather than escalating conflict.
Privacy and Personal Information

Protect your privacy and the privacy of other. Do not publicly share personal or identifying information such as:

  • Full names; Email addresses; Phone numbers; Home or work addresses; Account or identification numbers
  • Any other information that could identify or potentially harm someone

Resolving Issues and Reporting Concerns

Disagreements may occur in an online community. Before assuming harmful intent, seek clarification and engage calmly and respectfully. Do not respond to conflict with hostility or inappropriate behavior.

If an issue cannot be resolved, report the content or interaction to PPN Learn moderators through the Contact Us page. Include, when possible: 1) A link to the incident; 2) Screenshots or copied text; 3) The visible username involved.

The PPN Learn team will take steps to maintain confidentiality for all parties involved during the review process.

Enforcement and Consequences

All reported violations will be reviewed using the PPN Learn Community Guidelines and the PPN Learn Code of Conduct to evaluate the severity of the violation.
