      • Describe factors contributing to the mental health crisis
      • Identify key components needed to establish a safety plan
      • Develop an office protocol for managing patients who may require emergency care
      • Facilitate discussion with panelists and participants related to managing mental health care in the medical home and strategies for improving communication between PCPs and the ED

      Session 6 of 6 – Complete all sessions to receive 4.0 PPN contact hours and/or 4.0 CE credits.
