Voluntary, Community, and Private-Sector Partners
Voluntary organizations, community groups, charitable organizations, and private-sector partners can provide personnel, facilities, supplies, family-support services, and other resources during child reunification operations.
National and Regional Disaster Organizations

- State and Territory VOADs and Community Organizations Active in Disaster
Potential Community Partners
- Charitable and private-sector organizations: Businesses, foundations, and nonprofit organizations that can contribute funding, facilities, supplies, transportation, technology, or personnel.
- Faith-based organizations: Congregations, Jewish community centers, Knights of Columbus councils, and other faith-affiliated service organizations.
- Education-based organizations: Parent-teacher organizations, National Honor Society chapters, Key Clubs, alumni groups, and other school-affiliated organizations.
- Community-based organizations: Youth sports leagues, recreation associations, activity clubs, neighborhood groups, and family support organizations.
- Volunteer service organizations: Shriners, Veterans of Foreign Wars posts, civic clubs, and other organized volunteer groups.
